Univision Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. was founded on 12th June 2011 by Mr. Bhavesh Bhalala and Mr. Rajesh Dobariya in Rajkot, Gujarat. Originally incorporated as a partnership firm under the name Universal Electrotech, the business was reconstituted as a private limited company on 1st September 2014 to support its expanding operations and contractual scale.
Over the past decade-and-a-half, we have built one of Western India's most dependable electrical contracting platforms — combining EPC delivery, long-cycle O&M services, manufacturing, civil works and renewable-energy infrastructure under a single accountable team. We serve marquee utilities such as GETCO and PGVCL alongside industrial leaders including Godrej & Boyce, Suzlon Energy and Inox Wind.
Today, every project we deliver — from a single 33/11 kV substation to round-the-clock maintenance of 76 substations across Gujarat — is anchored in the same operating principles that defined us on day one: technical rigour, schedule discipline and zero-compromise safety.

Founded as a partnership firm in Rajkot by Mr. Bhavesh Bhalala and Mr. Rajesh Dobariya, with a focus on HT/LT electrical contracting work for industrial clients in Gujarat.
Reconstituted as a private limited company to support large-scale utility contracts. CIN U31501GJ2014PTC080654 registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Erection and commissioning of a 33/11 kV substation for Godrej & Boyce at Chhindwara — establishing the platform for industrial substation work. The same year, Mr. Paras Bhalala joined the company — later progressing to a director-level role.
Operation and maintenance contracts won with Suzlon Energy and Inox Wind for 220/33 kV substations and 33 kV transmission line networks in Rajasthan and Kutch.
Awarded multi-year O&M and testing contracts for 66 kV-class substations under Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Ltd. — scaling progressively to 76 substations across Gujarat.
Today, UETPL operates across multiple Indian states with an in-house team of 650+ skilled engineers, technicians and support staff — delivering EPC and O&M with a single accountable interface.
The people steering Univision Electrotech — two co-founding engineers and a third director who grew with the company from the very early days.
A founding partner of Univision Electrotech, Mr. Bhalala leads project execution, strategic partnerships and business growth. His operational discipline and customer-first orientation have been instrumental in establishing the firm's long-standing relationships with utility and industrial clients.
Co-founder and director, Mr. Dobariya oversees engineering, technical compliance and field operations. With deep expertise in high-voltage systems and substation commissioning, he is the technical anchor behind the firm's reputation for engineering quality and on-site safety.
Mr. Bhalala joined Univision Electrotech in 2016 and rose through the organisation to become a director. His hands-on understanding of site operations — built up across nearly a decade of field and project work at the company — informs his oversight of contract delivery, vendor relationships and day-to-day operational execution.
